BARBARA JO TAYLOR
Barbara Jo Taylor was born in Detroit, Michigan on Aug. 25, 1943 to Tom and Marion Westmoreland Bridges. Barbara passed away at her home in Terrell on Aug. 26, 2008.
Barbara was raised in California and later moved to Oklahoma and Kansas. She moved to Texas in 1981 and then moved to Terrell in 1997. Barbara worked for Taylor Trucking in Terrell since 1992. On Aug. 29, 1982 Barbara married Troy Leon Taylor in Reno, Nevada.
She was preceded in death by a grandson Timmy Taylor.
Barbara is survived by her husband Troy L. Taylor of Terrell, sons: Dwaine Thomas Young of O'Keen, Okla., Kenneth Earl Driever of Hitchcock, Okla., Michael Taylor of Kaufman and Donald Taylor of Canton, daughters: Nancy Barton of Garland and Linda Padgett of Chandler, brother: Rich Bridges of Los Altos, California, sister: Becky Bridges of Terrell, 16 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. April 5, 2008 at the Church On The Hill, 2111 Skyline Dr., Mesquite. Memorial arrangements were under the direction of Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home of Kaufman.
