The Dallas Symphony Orchestra is coming to the Terrell ISD Jamie Foxx Performing Arts Center to perform a repertoire of orchestral favorites as part of their “DSO on the GO” concert series at 7:30 pm on Saturday evening, Sept. 21.  Tickets, which are priced at $19 for adults and $5 for children, may be purchased at the door or online at

Featuring well-known works by Mozart, Bizet. Wagner and Strauss, this concert, which is designed for both adults and children, also includes Vivaldi’s Concerto from The Four Seasons to be performed by renowned violin soloist Eunice Keem.

“This is a wonderful concert for communities like Terrell,” said Dana Skelton, one of many Terrell classical music enthusiasts. “Mussorgsky’s Night on Bald Mountain, Greig’s In the Hall of the Mountain King and Finlandia, by Sibelius are particularly exciting selections to be performed.”

“This is a huge event for our city and our Performing Arts Center,” continued Skelton. “The Dallas Symphony is truly one of the top orchestras in the world, and to have them come to our city at family-friendly prices is something special.”
