Michael Roy Sanders Jr., 38, of Terrell was arrested the night of Saturday, Aug. 8 at an undisclosed location in Dallas, according to the Terrell Police Department.
Sanders, who was wanted for murder in the shooting death of Chad Jobe, 37, of Terrell was taken into custody without incident after being located by Terrell detectives and the Texas Rangers, according to Terrell police.
Jobe died Monday, Aug. 3, after being shot multiple times on Saturday, Aug. 1, in the 300 block of West Newton Street, according Terrell police. After the shooting, Jobe was flown conscious to Parkland Hospital in Dallas, where he underwent surgery. However, he later succumbed to his wounds, according to police.
