Steward Learning Center

Southwestern Christian College created a Go Fund Me page to help SWCC repair its campus library.

Last year due to a severely leaking roof, the Hogan – Steward Learning Center was closed as a precautionary procedure. Closing the building displaced several classrooms, offices and meeting spaces. While there has been a temporary solution and SWCC students have been able to utilize online services and the local library, SWCC want to not only restore the building, but renovate it as well.

$125,000 will fix the roof and do other repairs, but $250,000 will renovate and rejuvenate it, it says on the SWCC Go Fund Me page.

SWCC wants the library to be reopened for its students by November, with an official ribbon-cutting at its annual lectureship.

People can visit the Go Fund Me page and search Project Library 2019.
