Keith Bell

Republican State Representative Keith Bell announced on Tuesday that he will seek re-election to the Texas State House after a record-breaking conservative legislative session. Bell is completing his first term as the State Representative of House District 4, which includes Kaufman and part of Henderson county.

"I ran for office to serve the people of my district. This conservative district had an impact on advancing smarter legislation," said Bell. "We proudly exceeded expectations by passing 61 conservative measures that were part of the Republican Party Platform. We included protections for the 2nd Amendment, we passed an Abortion Survivors Infant Protection Act, we set aside $800 million more to secure our border, we limited eminent domain abuse, and we passed critical school finance and property tax reform. I'm proud of the work I've done for my district and for Texas. I look forward to continuing to serve."

Keith Bell owns and operates a cattle ranch in Hiram, Texas and he owns Intex Electrical Contractors, Inc., which he founded in 1983. Intex employs 225 people locally.

Bell is a member of both the Texas State Rifle Association and the National Rifle Association. He has been previously endorsed by Texas Alliance for Life, LifePAC, and the Texas Farm Bureau.

Keith and his wife, Annette, have been married for 35 years and are active members of First Baptist Church of Forney. They are blessed with two adult daughters and five grandchildren.
