Cadence!

Four men, four microphones, no instruments – this is the formula for Canada’s celebrated vocal band, Cadence! The powerhouse a cappella group will be performing at the Terrell ISD Jamie Foxx Performing Arts Center on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

“This will definitely be one of our most entertaining shows of the year,” affirmed E! Terrell spokesman Dana Skelton. “Cadence is one of the very best of the a cappella genre performing groups sweeping the world of entertainment over the last few years.  Their vocal skills are impressive, and their comedy is as good as their singing.  It’s a family show that will appeal to all ages.”

Recognized as one of the premier vocal groups currently touring the nation, Cadence produces the powerful, rich sounds of a full band using only four voices. Based in Toronto, this close harmony ensemble has been wowing audiences across the continent and around the world since 1998.

Whether performing at sold-out jazz clubs, national concert halls, music festivals, educational outreach programs, or at corporate functions, the members of Cadence bring an infectious energy and inspiring vitality to every song they sing. Cadence’s live show

features a fascinating blend of complex harmonies, intricate arrangements, vocal dexterity, and just plain fun.

This show is the fifth of seven for the E! Terrell Entertainment Series in 2018-2019. Remaining performances for this year include Maureen McGovern on March 28th and Beginnings: The Ultimate Tribute to Chicago on May 7th.

As an all-volunteer, non-profit 501©3 organization, E! Terrell is committed to widening cultural entertainment horizons for those residing in the Terrell and Northeast Texas area. Thanks to the generosity of numerous Patrons and Sponsors, these concerts can be offered at family friendly prices. For ticket information, call 972-563-5703, or visit the E!
