Keith Bell is the Texas State Representative of House District 4 for the 86th Texas Legislature. District 4 is a district of the Texas House of Representatives that serves the whole of Kaufman County and Henderson County.
Specialized Veterans Unit Opens at Terrell State Hospital
After months of meetings with the Health and Human Services Commission and stakeholders, we held the grand opening of the first inpatient Veterans Facility in Texas! I am honored that HHSC has chosen to expand the capacity of Terrell State Hospital to include this new unit focused on providing essential mental health services to veterans. Dedicating this expansion to those who have made this country a beacon of democracy is the least we can do.
