The Terrell High School varsity baseball team played in five games March 7-12 and went 3-2.

Terrell is 6-10 overall and 1-0 in district.

Terrell lost 11-3 to Gilmer on March 7. Gilmer scored seven runs in the second inning to break the game open. Gilmer finished the game with 11 hits while Terrell had nine hits.

Logan WadsworthIvan Ibarra, and Dylan Tyler each collected multiple hits for Terrell Tigers TylerIbarra, and Wadsworth each collected two hits to lead Terrell Tigers. 

Wadsworth and Johnson each had one run batted in. Tyler, Jason Gomez and Austin Arbogast each scored one run.

Terrell lost 6-5 to Life Waxahachie on March 7. Terrell finished the game with seven hits while Life Waxahachie had four hits.

Terrell led 4-2 entering the sixth inning but Life Waxahachie scored four runs in the sixth inning to take the led at 6-4.

Terrell Tigers got on the board in the first inning when Gomez's sac fly scored one run for Terrell Tigers.

TylerWadsworth, and Johnson each managed two hits to lead Terrell . Terrell didn't commit a single error in the field. 

Gomez, Wadsworth, Johnson and Beau Smith each had one run batted in.

Tyler, Gomez, Wadsworth and Arbogast each scored one run.

Terrell beat Lake View 10-4 on March 8. Terrell finished the game with 16 hits while Lake View had six.

The game was tied at 4-4 entering the sixth inning when Terrell scored six runs to win the game.

Preston Rangel went 4-for-4 at the plate for Terrell.

Terrell scored one run in the first inning when Wadsworth singled and scored a run.

Terrell tied the game at 4-4 when Gomez doubled scoring one run.

Gomez and Wadsworth each had two runs batted in. Tyler, Johnson and Colby Haas each had one run batted in.

Johnson had two runs . Tyler, Gomez, Wadsworth, Hughes and Arbogast each scored one run.

Rangel scored three runs.

Terrell beat Pine Tree 6-5 on March 8.

Pine Tree led 5-0 entering the fourth inning before Terrell scored six runs unanswered. Terrell had six hits and Pine Tree had five hits.

Rangel, Gomez, Johnson, Smith and Hunter Robertson each had one run batted in.

Johnson led the team with two runs. Tyler, Gomez, Wadsworth and Haas each had one run scored.

Terrell beat Kaufman 2-1 on Tuesday to earn its first district win. Terrell had six hits and Kaufman had seven hits.

Johnson and Tyler each had one run.
