Carre Shandor was surprised as she was named the Terrell ISD District Volunteer of the Year for 2026. Carre’s passion and dedication for the students and schools has made a lasting impact. Carre works closely with the Terrell High School band program and has volunteered nearly 250 hours of her time to the program this year. She was surprised by Superintendent Dr. Georgeanne Warnock and Deputy Superintendent Dr. Tracie Washington.
