June 4: The Terrell ISD Excellence Foundation is partnering with Whataburger for Customer Appreciation Day from 2-4 p.m. at 1261 FM 148. Twenty percent of all sales will go to the TISD Excellence Foundation to support effective programs and initiatives that further enhance learning for public school students in the Terrell community. Josh Ward will be in attendance to perform and sign autographs, and special giveaways will also be held.

Kaufman County cleanup day set for June 4

Area residents will have an opportunity to jumpstart their cleaning efforts June 4 with the Kaufman County officials announcing a special cleanup/collection event from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 12051 Precinct Circle in Forney.
