Voters turn back second Terrell ISD bond effort

For eligible residents living within the boundaries of the Terrell ISD, the November election cycle also included a proposed $115 million bond proposal that would have been used to address infrastructure issues district-wide. District voters ultimately voted against the bond proposal, with 3,427 people voting against the measure and 2,918 voting for the measure.
