Concerned citizens from an area subdivision took center stage on Tuesday morning, addressing the Kaufman County Commissioners Court about repeated flooding incidents on David Tisdale and Lidia Arguinzoni, both residents of the Saddle Ridge Development, each came before the court to gain clarity about what could be done to hold builders and developers in Kaufman County responsible.
