Terrell police made the following arrests and responded to the following incidents from April 26 to April 25: Arrests: Vernon CJ Jackson, Terrell, 26, public intoxication Tierney Sierrah-Marie Melendez, Terrell, 23, public intoxication Ibraheem Amon Rasulala Townes, Terrell, 25, assault causing bodily injury – family member Xavier Raynard Prince, Terrell, 28, possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to maintain financial responsibility Kelton Keith Foster, Rockwall, 30, possession of a controlled substance PG1
