Terrell police made the following arrests and responded to the following incidents from November 2 to November 7: Arrests: Jonathan Bernard Emeory, Dallas, 33, no drivers license; driving on the sidewalk; disorderly conduct – language; assault simple; failure to maintain financial responsibility; speeding; assault family/household member with previous conviction; improper lane change Ricardo Gomez Mendoza, Terrell, 22, violation of a bond protective order – two or more times within 12 months; unlawful carrying of a weapon with felony conviction Najee Rasahd Mitchelltree, Terrell, 19, theft <$100 – shoplifting; unlawful carrying of a weapon; non drivers license; speeding Dusty Lee Brooks, Terrell, 31, assault by contact Jacqueline Gisselle Castaneda, Forney, 23, speeding 10 percent over – 55 mph in a 40 mph zone; violate promise to appear; speeding 10 percent over – 50 mph in a 35 mph zone Richard L.
