Riter C. Hulsey Public Library celebrated their end of the Summer Reading Program with an awards ceremony and pool party at Ben Gill Park on Saturday, July 25. Members of the Terrell City Council were on hand to help celebrate, including Mayor Rick Carmona, Mayor Pro-Tem Donna Renee Anderson and District 3 Councilmember Jorge Vargas.
