The Texas Department of Transportation will begin repaving and adding shoulders to FM 1390 from State Highway 34 to FM 148 in Kaufman County. Ed Bell Construction Company is the contractor on this $7.6 million project. Work is scheduled to start next week and is expected to be complete in summer…
