Alan Lee Peterson, a former resident of Terrell, passed away in Wright City, MO on Monday, Feb. 24.

Alan Lee Peterson, Lee, as he was affectionately known to his family, had been ill for some time, but now rests in the loving hands of God, and is no longer in pain that life had brought him.

He was born on Aug. 10, 1961 in Grand Forks, ND and is survived by his mother Betty Peterson, brother James Peterson, life partner Skip Compton, children Natalie Prebianca, Joshua Peterson, and grandchildren Drew Prebianca and Sara Peterson.

He served in the US Navy, afterward he worked at several companies including E-Systems, McDonald-Douglas, and General Motors.

Lee will be missed by all who knew him, a kinder soul you may never know.
