1940-2024

Saba Jean Braswell, longtime resident of Terrell, passed away early Sunday morning following a tragic traffic accident at the age of 83.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Edith Jewel, her two sisters, Geneva and Margaret, and her husband, Alton Busby.

She is survived by her husband of nine years Michael W. Braswell, her daughters: Kimberly Walker of Oklahoma and Paulette Wessel of Arkansas, four grandchildren: Lacey, Jason, Fawn, and Shannon, six great-grandchildren, and siblings: Ray Annis, Charles Annis, Edmond Annis, William Annis, and Monica Howell.

There will be a Memorial TBD later this year by the family.
