Body 1929-2023 Our “Miss Patsy” Walker was born Patsy Lee Burgner in Wichita Falls, Texas to parents Lee and Velma Burgner on June 7, 1929, a depression baby. Her dad supported Velma and Patsy, an only child, by running a local café and then starting his own necktie business.
