Margarita Maria “Markie” Cowley Rank, was born Nov. 17, 1950, in Havana, Cuba, to Yolanda P. and Luis M. Cowley M.D. She died July 1, 2022, in Dallas, shortly after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Markie died surrounded by family and friends.

On July 10, 2022, David Lee Kennedy Sr. died peacefully in his sleep in Cedar Hill.

Charles “Chuck” Manning Edwards, age 74, of Terrell, passed away June 23, 2022. He was born Oct.

Winnie Moody of Terrell passed away peacefully on June 13, 2022. She was born August 15, 1932 in Wills Point and was raised in the Bright Star community, just north of Wills Point. She was joyfully met in Heaven by her Lord and Savior along with her parents John Calvin and Gladys Elizabeth Rushing, her sister, Jane Waddle, brother, Clifford Rushing and son-in-law, Ed Walton.

Services for Peggy Lynn Scott, 74, of Terrell, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home.

Lanny Joseph Perry, of Terrell, passed away peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Savior on the afternoon of Saturday, May 7, 2022, with his loving family at his side. Joe was born June 19, 1944, in Madison, West Virginia, and was preceded in death by his parents, Ross and Kathleen Pauley Perry; sisters: Sally Hawk and Suzzanna McDonald and brother, Gene Bradley.

Jerry Leon Vineyard, 73, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022, at the Veterans Hospital in Dallas, Texas after a long battle with cancer. Jerry was born May 3, 1948, in Jacksonville, Texas, to Leon and Edna Vineyard.
