Things would prove to be markedly different when longtime and new riders returned to Terrell, greeted May 21 with warmer temperatures, no rain and comfortable cloud cover.

Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller announced the Summer Meal Program administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture will once again provide healthy meals at sites across Texas this summer.
