Civic Auction expected to meet fundraising goal

Body After going virtual in 2020, the 40th annual Terrell Civic Auction was back live last Saturday night as hundreds arrived at the city-owned airplane hangar on Airport Road to enjoy an evening of food, raffles and auctioneering.

Leon Vineyard Field dedicated

Body Tribute was paid to the late Leon Vineyard on Oct. 15 during a field dedication ceremony at Memorial Stadium. Leon Vineyard Field is now the official name of the stadium’s gridiron. The ceremony was held in conjunction with the district’s annual Athletic Hall of Fame ceremonies.
