Letter to the Editor

Body
Dear Editor: All I wanted was peace of mind within my living space. No drugs being bought, sold, handed off out of the windows of my neighbor’s apartment nor in the parking lot in broad daylight, no off-color verbal threats and clean-living spaces; just to name a few.

Slogan t-shirts are my preferred method of communication – I’m a walking bumper sticker. I have t-shirts from my favorite Mexican restaurant in San Antonio ( Mi Tierra), several from my church (Kitchen Crew, Kid’s Ministries, Health Fair…), and many others from places I’ve visited (Washington, D.C., Puerto Vallarta, NYC, South Beach…). As I’ve written, I used to design t-shirts for the Christian Youth market, and just recently created a new design ( Forget Me Remember Jesus ).

SICK OF BEING THE LAST PART OVER THE FENCE?

Body
It’s not exactly a terrific ego-booster to forever be ‘the belly,’ the body part that doesn’t clear the fence last, but still, you’re not the tip end of the nose that always goes first, either.
