Terrell man sentenced to 42 years for assault

District Attorney Erleigh Norville Wiley announced today that a Kaufman County jury has found defendant, Starsky Lemon Holmes, 40 years old, guilty of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon Enhanced and sentenced him to 42 years in the Texas penitentiary before the Honorable Judge Shelton Gibbs in the 422nd District Court of Kaufman County.
