Richard Waters recently competed in a one-of-a-kind event for a good cause. His day job as a police officer in the Narcotics Unit of the Terrell Police Department helped him prepare for a different fight, this time, in the ring.

This past September, Doug Pritchard marked an incredible 15 years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Lone Star CASA. Appointed by judges, CASA volunteers are critical in advocating for the safety and stability of children who have experienced abuse and neglect in court. Throughout his life and career, Doug has passionately advocated for children in need.

This year's honorees are: Judy Jones, Roderick Kennedy and Darryl Malone.
