According to a seven-page Custodial Death Report on the website of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, the State of Texas is investigating the death of a Wills Point man who died last month while in the custody of VZC Sheriff’s Department Deputies and Jail officials.

On Friday, Oct. 3, Police Captain Michael Bulin retired after serving the Terrell community for 23 years with Terrell Police Department.

44th Annual Auction, the community’s largest fundraising event of the year.
