Kaufman County discovered a security breach Oct. 20 affecting certain county systems, according to a Kaufman County press release. The county determined the breach began Oct. 17. The county has determined that some sensitive personal information was breached.

City Of Terrell Public Information Officer For the first time in Hulsey Public Library’s history, non-resident patrons will be charged for library cards, effective Nov. 10. Kaufman County residents will pay $30 annually and residents outside of the county will be charged $50. Library cards also will remain free for City of Terrell and TISD employees.
