Body The Terrell Lady Tigers have been virtually automatic throughout the 2022 season, posting impressive win after impressive win despite playing a schedule that includes some of the better teams from across the area.

Body Members of the Terrell High School track and field team traveled to Forney March 3, officially kick-starting their season with an appearance at the annual Clay Jones Memorial Relays.

Body Terrell standout student-athlete Kimber Ellis was joined by family, friends, teammates and coaches as she signed her letter of intent to play volleyball collegiately at Jarvis Christian College beginning in the fall. Jarvis Christian College is located in Hawkins, Texas.

Body The Terrell Tiger baseball program hit the field four times over a three-day stretch last week, taking on teams from Cooper, Crowley, South Hills and Lubbock High. Despite some solid play Terrell would go just 1-3 overall with a win over South Hills.

Body The Terrell Tiger baseball program had its hands full this week, clashing with a talented Ferris squad in an early season test. Terrell would come away victorious, rallying from a 6-4 sixth inning deficit to score a 7-6 win.

Body The Terrell Lady Tigers hit the field against Kaufman last week, looking to maintain their perfect district record while also completing the season sweep of the Lady Lions.

Body The Terrell Tigers had their hands full last week, clashing with a tall, athletic Paris Wildcats squad in the Area round of this year’s 4A playoffs. Terrell would keep things competitive throughout much of the first half before Paris pulled away for a 79-61 win over the Tigers.

Body The Terrell Lady Tigers continued to prove themselves as the class of the field in District 12- 4A last week, blitzing an overmatched Ferris squad by a 5-0 score to maintain a one game lead over current runner-up Mabank.

Body The Terrell Tigers entered postseason play riding high, having notched district wins over Quinlan Ford, Farmersville, Caddo Mills and Sunnyvale since the calendar turned to February.

Body Powerlifters representing Terrell High School made the short trek to Forney Feb. 12, competing against some of the top schools in the area at the annual Jackrabbit Invitational Meet.
