Body CRANDALL – Republicans from Kaufman County as well as points across Texas met to honor retired Lt. Col. Allen West with the first annual William Madison McDonald Award at the Rusted Rail Event Venue in Crandall on June 19.

Body When the Terrell ISD shifted plans and held its June 4 graduation at the Jamie Foxx Performing Arts Center instead of spacious Memorial Stadium, a lot of folks were disappointed at losing the opportunity to see their favorite graduate walk the stage.

Body The Terrell Chamber of Commerce/CVB is excited to announce plans for Terrell’s annual Fourth of July celebration on Sunday, July 4. This year’s event will take place at a new location, Terrell Municipal Airport in cooperation with the No. 1 British Flying Training School Museum.

Body The GOP-controlled Texas Legislature will take another crack at passing priority legislation as Gov. Greg Abbott this week set a date of July 8 for convening a special session.
