NTMWD wins big at annual Texas Water Conference

The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) swept this year’s Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) Operations Challenge held at Texas Water 2022 to take home the coveted trophy for Overall First Place State Champions and was recognized in three categories related to water conservation and reuse, and public education programs.

District Attorney Erleigh Norville Wiley announced the conviction of Kristina Nicole Murdoch, 39, for Driving While Intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration greater than or equal to 0.15. On March 28, following a two-day trial before the Honorable Judge Tracy Gray in the County Court at Law of Kaufman County, a jury found Murdoch guilty after eighteen minutes of deliberation.
