As a service to the community, the No. 1 British Flying Training School Museum has invited Kaufman County Extension Agent Tommy Phillips to present a program on the challenges of spring planting at 6 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 20 at the museum, located at 119 Silent Wings Boulevard in Terrell. The program is free and open to the public.
