After 32 years of dedicated service, Officer Steven Johns will retire from the Terrell Police Department at the end of November. Throughout his career, Officer Johns served in numerous vital roles, including Patrol Officer, Detective, SWAT Team Member, Advanced Accident Investigator, Field Training Officer and Traffic Safety Liaison with the North Central Texas Council of Governments.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has awarded the Terrell Chamber of Commerce the prestigious Accreditation designation in recognition of its sound policies, effective organizational procedures, and significant positive impact on the community it serves.
