Mayor Rick Carmona welcomes students June 21 to the OSMKKF Kobudo Training Camp at J.W. Long Elementary School. Dragonfly Karate & Kobudo hosted the weekend event with participants of all ages from as far away as Okinawa, Japan and Argentina, along with respected instructors from all over the world.
