The Terrell Pet Adoption Center is set to break ground after many approvals over the last year by the Terrell City Council.

The new adoption center is set to break ground next door to the Terrell Police Headquarters, located at 1100 TX-34, on Tuesday, Jan. 13 at 4 p.m.
