Council members for the City of Terrell heaved their praise and thanks to District 2 councilmember Grady Simpson in his final city council meeting Tuesday, May 7. Donna Renee Anderson won the recent election for District 2 and will be sworn in during the Terrell City Council meeting Tuesday, May 14.
