Early voting remains steady ahead of Nov.8 election

Consistency has been the name of the game for Kaufman County voters leading up to the November 8 election with nearly 1,800 ballots being cast daily according to information released by county officials.

The members of the Martin’s Hundred Chapter of the Colonial Dames of the 17th Century met in Mabank at the Tri-County Library in the Community Room. The members enjoyed a presentation on Native Americans during the Colonial Times by Pat Thibodeau.
