Body April 3-6: Preschool screenings will be held for children from birth to 5-years-old that reside within the boundaries of Terrell ISD who may be slow in developing or having difficulty speaking, hearing, seeing or that have a physical impairment. There is no cost.

Body A few months ago, I introduced readers to a new addition in our household – a “pretend” breed called a “Teddy Bear”, a Shih Tzu/ Bijon mix. I called her “Fluffbucket” – my wife called her “Milly”. She was really just a tiny puppy body swaddled in lots of soft, white fur.

Body As I write this column, all four of the number-1 seeds in the March Madness Tournament have been defeated. Wow! Who saw that coming! With Easter just around the corner, perhaps it’s a good time to ask who or what is number-1 in your life? Life is so short.

Body 1933-2023 Services for Deborah Lynn Coble, 73, of Terrell, were held 2:30 p.m. Monday, March 27, 2023, at Community Life Church in Forney with David Griffin officiating under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home in Canton.

Body The City of Terrell has announced that it will be hosting a public open house regarding the Airport Master Plan from 5-7 p.m. April 5 at the Terrell Municipal Airport located at 400 British Flying School Boulevard.
