The deadline for Texas to register to vote ahead of state and local elections is Tuesday, Oct. 10 for the Nov. 7 election. The Kaufman County Elections Department (KCED) will engage the community and register voters at their office at 3001 S. Washington St. in Kaufman from 7 a.m.

Terrell ISD hosted their College Fair at the ExCel Center for prospective students Sept. 14. Many college recruiters and students were in attendance and many Terrell ISD students received great information for their secondary education.
