Terrell police made the following arrests and responded to the following incidents between Oct. 13 and Oct.

Oct. 22-23: Alinea Family Hospice Care will host its annual parking lot garage sale at 303 E. College St., with all proceeds going directly to help families who are on hospice care.

The Martin's Hundred Chapter of the National Society Colonial Dames of the XVII Century met at the Tri-County Library in Mabank Oct. 14.

On Oct. 8, the Humane Society of North Texas (HSNT) assisted the Hubbard Police Department in Hill County with a negotiated release of over 220 surviving pets from a hoarder.

Thanks to the work of students and a donation by the Terrell Garden Club, the Terrell Alternative Education Campus EAC campus became a little brighter recently with the addition of these colorful flowers. The students spent a few days cleaning out the flower boxes and planting the new plants.

Congratulations to the Terrell Speech and Debate students for their success at Melissa High School this past weekend. Varsity Policy Debaters: John Ory and Dalila Ramirez placed 3rd in the Varsity Division. Novice Policy Debaters: Jhovanny Alcantara and Ava Foren placed 3rd in the Novice Division.
