Terrell Chamber of Commerce Director of Marketing/Events Historic Downtown Terrell Brings Classic Film, Coffee, and Ghostly Adventures This Weekend Historic Downtown Terrell is buzzing with exciting activities this weekend, offering something for movie buffs, families and thrill seekers alike.

Students and teachers from throughout D/FW will have a unique opportunity to explore careers in the automotive industry in the ideal setting, Texas Motorplex, on the morning before the track hosts day one of the Texas NHRA FallNationals on Friday October 10, 2025. The event is hosted by the 2025 NHRA Youth & Education Services (YES) Program, a nationwide initiative designed to inspire students to explore rewarding careers in the automotive industry at no cost to participants.

Trinity Valley Community College is honored to partner with the Holocaust Memorial Museum of San Antonio to host the opening of a series of traveling Holocaust exhibits at the Terrell campus from September 8–19.

Terra Nova, the 1,531acre community project located bear Griffith Road and County Road 245, would bring 3,400 single-family homes, 1,200 multi-family apartments and 261 fourplex-style units into Kaufman County, which is the second-fastest growing county in the United States.

The BFTS Museum’s annual fundraiser – Monte Carlo Nite – is set for 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 20 at the Terrell Platinum Ford Showroom. Tickets are $100 per person and are available at the museum’s website www.bftsmuseum.org or via members of the board of directors.
