TERRELL, TEXAS (August 7, 2025) – Sharon Harper and Saydee Gutierrez have successfully completed all coursework required for the prestigious Certified Tourism Executive (CTE) designation from Travel & Tourism College, a distinguished program offered by the Texas Travel Alliance.

The Terrell Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that President and CEO Angie Cooper has been selected as a member of Leadership North Texas Class 17, a premier regional leadership program presented by the North Texas Commission.

Aviation Allies: The Royal Air Force in Terrell, Texas is the title of a traveling exhibit now on view at the Van Zandt County Sarah Norman Library through the month of August. The exhibit tells the story of the partnership between the United Kingdom and the United States to train hundreds of British pilots in north Texas before and during World War II.

KCSO is searching for Victor Eduardo Mendoza Mondragon for failing to stop and render aid in a collision involving death from a deadly two-vehicle crash on FM 429 in Terrell on June 13.
