But while she and her husband made their wills, it wasn’t until she attended an advance care planning class that she helped organize at her Cleburne church that Maggard learned about other important legal documents needed.
The Terrell Youth Athletes Association hosted their first ever First Responders Expo at Ben Gill Park on June 7. The event featured lots of fun and a sunny day full of games and was well attended by multiple agencies and first responders. Additional photos on 9A.
Terrell High School Tigerette Line and Social Officers spent the early days of June at Danceline’s Officer Camp in Denton. Line Officers received high scores on both their leadership evaluation and dance evaluation and Socials worked hard to create a choice board and team calendar for the year. The officer line received the respect award and were voted on by other teams at the camp for the congeniality award. Eight of the officers were also invited to be on Danceline’s elite team.
