Historian to discuss cotton’s role in city’s history

In celebration of the City of Terrell’s Sesquicentennial, the No. 1 British Flying Training School Museum will host a talk by noted historian, Donald Frazier, PhD, at 7 p.m. May 18 at the museum, 119 Silent Wings Blvd. “When Gold was White: The Cotton Boom in Terrell” will be his topic. The event, which is free and open to the public, is co-sponsored with the Terrell Heritage Society.
